Thiess Indonesia’s Training and Development Centre (TDC) located in Balikpapan, Kalimantan, was established in 1992 to develop the skills and capabilities of our employees.

Started in 1992, the program recruits high school graduates from across Indonesia to undertake a five year trades apprenticeship at the Thiess Indonesian Training Centre in Balikpapan.
