PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia is pleased to announce the signing of a US$44 Million contract with PT Lahai Coal (IndoMet Coal), a joint venture between BHP Billiton and Adaro Energy Tbk, for the development of the Muara Tuhup port and access road infrastructure in Central Kalimantan.

Under the new contract, Thiess Indonesia will provide bulk earthworks, drainage, civil structures and associated port earthworks.

Project mobilisation is expected to commence mid May 2012.
