After an intensive reviews and discussions, Management of Thiess Indonesia and Union of Satui Mine Site have reached a full agreement on the new Collective Labour Agreement of Satui Mine Project for period 2011-2013.

On 21 November 2011 at the Rattan Inn in Banjarmasin, the agreement was signed by Executive Director Sam Rumende on behalf of Thiess Management, Union Chairman Nuryanto and Head of Manpower and Transmigration Department of Tanah Bumbu Regency Andi Hasdar. The signing event was attended by Satui and Senakin Operations Manager Genan Sijercic, Satui Project Manager Dedy Halomoan, Satui Deputy Project Manager Simon John Blackie, representatives of Union and employees of Thiess Satui Project.

It was the fifth CLA for Thiess Satui since the alliance with PT. Arutmin Indonesia in June 2000. It is expected that Satui Project will maintain its great results in many years to come.
