On Tuesday, 13 September 2011, Sangatta Project got an honor to welcome Greg Moriarty, the Australian Ambassador in Indonesia. He visited Sangatta accompanied by Julianne Merriman (Trade and Investment Commissioner, Austrade), Cassandra Eadie (Second Secretary, Department of Foreign and Trade) and Ray Marcello (Public Affairs Counselor, Australian Embassy).

During the visit, they also visited the mining area accompanied by the Management team of Sangatta Site before went to our operational Office at Melawan Office. At Melawan Office, the ambassador - in a very fluent Indonesian - conveyed his impression and also thanked for the acclamation from the employees and the management team of Sangatta Project. Project Manager, Mr. Syah Iran and the ambassador also made that chance to change souvenir to each other.
