On Tuesday, 28 June 2011, Thiess Indonesia through our subsidiaries PT Solo Ngawi Jaya, PT Ngawi Kertosono Jaya and PT Cinere Serpong Jaya signed three toll road Concession Agreements with the Indonesia Toll Road Authority or Badan Pengatur Jalan Tol (BPJT). The Concession Agreements were signed by Roy Olsen as President Director of PT Cinere Serpong Jaya, PT Ngawi Kertosono Jaya and PT Solo Ngawi Jaya, and the head of BPJT IR. Achmad Gani Ghazaly Akman. The signing took place at the office of BPJT and was witnessed by the Vice Minister of Public Works, Dr. Ir. Achmad Hermanto Dardak, MSc.

The three toll road projects have an approximate investment value of Rp 11.2 Trillion or U$1.3 Billion and are a Private Public Partnership with the Government of Indonesia. The Solo-Ngawi-Kertosono concession for 177km is part of the Trans Java toll road, while the Cinere-Serpong concession for 10km is part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road 2. All three toll roads are scheduled to be completed by 2014.

For Thiess Indonesia, the toll road projects have been a work-in-progress in 2007. We are pleased to finally commence on this new chapter of our history in Indonesia and look forward to delivering the toll roads on time and without incident.
