On 17 December 2010, Jakarta Office held a Christmas celebration attended by a total of 60 Christian employees and expatriates. The celebration was held during lunch time at Borobudur meeting room and with guest priest Bayu Samudera from GKRI leading a short Christmas service. During the service, some employees also contributed their talent in singing and choir performances, including Executive Director Sam Rumende.

A total of 10 million Rupiah donation was successfully collected prior and during the celebration. The donation has been handed to:
1. Pondok Damai Orphanage at Kampung Sawah, Jatiwarna, Bekasi
2. Griya Abhimata Orphanage at Bintaro.
On behalf of the beneficiaries, we would like to convey their warmest regards to all donors.

We are looking forward to a similar event in the future as social events like this will strengthen our teamwork, working our daily job at Thiess Indonesia.
