PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia (TCI) and PT Arutmin Indonesia (AI) have conducted a joint event to celebrate 10 years of alliance, the event was enlivened by various programs.

On Wednesday night, 15 December 2010, AI & TCI celebrated the 10 years of alliance by presenting a special barbeque with music, quiz and dance performance, and despite the rain poured in Bukit Camp, the event was merry.

During his speech, AI Satui's Mine Manager Yono Budiyono conveyed his best credit to TCI's performance during the 10 years of services, and hoped that TCI will continue to give its best in dealing with bigger challenge in many years to come.

In the next speech, TCI Satui's Project Manager Dedy Halomoan quoted the word "alliance" from dictionary and said that Alliance is an association formed for mutual benefit or a relationship based on an affinity or a relationship by marriage. He then asked everyone to continue working as an alliance, keeping in mind the main purpose to maintain mutual benefit relationship, and together achieve all targets.

The celebration continued across all pits and work areas with the distribution of belt buckles to all AI & TCI employees as memorabilia of the 10 years of alliance.
