The first TCI Summit was recently held in Jakarta. Attended by more than ninety participants, it attracted a structured yet free-flowing information exchange. This two and a half day event on 'Planning Our Future', involved participants from all projects and departments. In his opening speech, TCI President Director, Mr. Bruce Munro presented the 'current state of the business' and management expectations. This was followed by resentations from selected business representatives introducing all our current projects and various departments.

By design, the summit focused on the communication, alignment and team building and particpants were encouraged to participate and speak about their own experiences.

Executive Team Members introduced four strategic projects: - Client Relationships, - Power Industry, - People, and - Operational Excellence.

Guest speakers, Don Argent (Thiess Pty Ltd), Mark Stocks (MKS Business Coaching), and Mohammad Nuh (ITS) attended the event and provided input into the strategic focus.

The success of this event is a testament to the dedicated TCI leaders and teams who participated. In essence, this event was a "think tank" where creative, solid ideas surfaced that have great potential to impact our business.
